Schedevi Psychiatry is a privately owned company that since 1942 has offered support, 24-hour care, and housing for adults with mental health variations and comorbidities. We provide comprehensive care services including personal assistance, social and physical training, and support for individual development.
Our Work Tasks
Our job is primarily to provide support and care for those living with us in their daily lives. This is carried out through a structured implementation plan tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Health: Medication administration, rehabilitation, support during doctor visits, Training
Social Support: Participating in activities, crafts, bathing, playing video games, taking walks, having coffee breaks, shopping with clients, baking together with clients, etc.
Personal Care: Washing, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to work with adults with significant disabilities resulting from psychiatric illness and who wants to make a difference for other people. If you have training in care, child and leisure studies, or a leisure leader program, this is considered a merit.
At least 18 years old
Have training in care and welfare, leisure leader education, or equivalent
Have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written
Good computer skills
Able to provide a criminal record check from the police register
Driver's license: automatic or manual

Temporary employment
In addition to community, personal development, and meaningful work, collective bargaining agreement, you will be assigned a mentor when you are hired who will accompany you during your first shifts to demonstrate how we work in the department. The mentor has extensive knowledge of the department.
