Habilitation services is a specialist service for people of all ages with congenital or early-acquired disabilities. Our culture is characterized by openness, helpfulness, and a strong commitment to continuous development. We work both in teams and independently, always with the individual's health and strengths in focus.
We are now seeking a licensed psychologist for our adult habilitation services in Växjö. You will work with people over 18 years old who have congenital or early-acquired disabilities, such as autism, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, and mobility impairments.

DUTIES
Your work tasks include, among other things:
• Assessment of intellectual disability
• Treatment work with individuals and groups, for example psychoeducation, everyday conversations, support and treatment
• Supervision and training of staff groups
You will become part of a psychology team and will also be included in an interdisciplinary team with other professional groups at habilitation services. We offer regular profession-specific supervision and collegial meetings. An important part of patient work is team collaboration with other colleagues at habilitation services. We also collaborate extensively with both neighboring healthcare services and other community actors, such as municipalities.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is:
• A licensed psychologist
• Holder of a B driver's license (assignments occur throughout the county, so travel may occur)
• Curious, engaged, and willing to learn habilitation services' methods
Meritorious:
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Previous work in habilitation services
You are a person who thrives in a team, but also has the ability to work independently. You are relationship-building, responsible, and flexible. It is of great importance that you can structure your work independently.
