About the Role
We operate the residential facility on behalf of Linköping Municipality. The facility serves adults experiencing homelessness with ongoing substance use, mental health issues, and/or comorbidities. The residence has 25 apartments and 8 emergency beds. As a residential support worker, you are an important part of the participants' daily lives. You provide supervision and support based on each individual's needs, work in an outreach and motivational manner, and support them on the path toward greater independence. At the same time, you help reduce the harms of substance abuse and mental health issues. You are there in the daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure that the residential rules are followed for everyone's safety. The work is based on each individual's implementation plan and involves close collaboration with colleagues and external partners. Documentation is a natural part of your work, and you work in a structured manner to ensure quality and compliance with procedures. Together with your colleagues, you create a safe, professional, and meaningful environment for our residents.

We are looking for you who have:
Ongoing or completed education as a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other education the employer deems equivalent.
Documented knowledge of and/or experience working with substance abuse issues, mental health issues, and functional variations.
Experience with record-keeping/documentation.
Class B driver's license.
It is a merit if you have training in ÅP (relapse prevention), MI, low-arousal approaches, and/or ESL (a self-directed life). We place great importance on personal fit.
