We are now seeking a service technician for HFAB's repair unit, which carries out maintenance work in our properties and facilities. Main responsibilities as a service technician include: - Addressing service orders in our property portfolio in a professional manner based on requests from business units, fault reports, and other departments/units within HFAB - Reporting deficiencies in areas such as cleaning, waste, electricity, fire safety, etc. - Other tasks as assigned by the unit Who are you? You have relevant education within technical trades or equivalent qualifications as assessed by the employer. You have experience in construction, technical work, and property-related operations. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
