You are involved in manufacturing concrete elements from start to finished product and see the results of your work every day. Your main responsibilities: • Formwork setup • Reinforcement work • Concrete element casting You don't need extensive experience. What matters most is that you have interest, good hands-on skills, and a desire to develop—the rest you can learn on the job. Work Hours: Daytime, providing structure to your day and balance for life outside work. Location: Ulricehamn Start: By agreement Background and Personal Qualities We're looking for someone who is good at teamwork, follows instructions well, and is ready to develop! You may feel you don't meet all the requirements in this posting—apply anyway! What matters most to us is that you believe you can learn. To thrive in this role, we'd like you to have: • Tool experience. • Driver's license and a car. • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. • Basic understanding of numbers and the ability to read technical drawings. • Background in construction and building or manufacturing industry. (Advantageous) To be suited for this position, you should enjoy physical work, be thorough and flexible with new tasks, and quickly find solutions to problems that may arise.
