About the Department
Sterile Processing Mölndal is a production unit responsible for cleaning, inspection, and sterilization of surgical instruments. Our workload has increased, and we are therefore expanding our night shift staffing with an additional permanent position.
This position involves night work of 34 hours per week, which corresponds to 3–4 nights Monday through Friday. We use ISP, which gives you some ability to influence your own schedule.
Work as a sterile processing technician is physically demanding and can be intense during certain periods, which means good physical condition and high stress tolerance are important for thriving in this role.
During night shifts, you and your colleagues work independently since the manager and section leader are not on site, while you maintain close collaboration with day and evening staff to ensure a stable workflow.
The role requires you to be communicative, thorough, and comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Who Are We Looking For?
You have training as a sterile processing technician or equivalent experience.
You are thorough, responsible, and have good teamwork abilities
You are capable of physically active work with occasionally high pace
You have good computer skills
You understand hygiene procedures
You see opportunities for improvement and dare to suggest changes
You have good Swedish spoken and written skills
You have a technical interest
Experience with night shift work is a merit
