As a registered nurse in Trosa Municipality, you will have a varied work life with meaningful encounters in a beautiful environment. We care for and support patients with many different illnesses and conditions. At the Health and Care Unit, we currently have 25 registered nurses, six occupational therapists, five physiotherapists, and two nursing assistants. We provide healthcare services in both special housing and regular residential settings. WHAT DOES YOUR ASSIGNMENT AS A REGISTERED NURSE INVOLVE? As a registered nurse in our home healthcare service, you will have independent and varied work with responsibility for organizing your own schedule. You will perform and be responsible for unplanned and planned home visits including assessments, medication management, and care interventions. We work with the patient at the center and attend to each person's individual care and support needs. As a newly hired registered nurse, you will receive a mentor who will guide you through the introduction during your first period. You will have regular scheduled check-ins with your mentor who will introduce you to the workplace, colleagues, and patients. WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are/have: A licensed registered nurse Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing Good data and documentation skills Category B driver's license You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good atmosphere and team spirit. You are open to people's differences and see them as an asset, and you have empathetic and compassionate abilities. You adapt your approach to the patient and circumstances.
