Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 engaged employees work to provide support and care to those who need it in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home services, support for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as child and family services. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to be part of the world's best team? At the Staffing and Recruitment Unit, we work with recruitment, staffing, and scheduling in Ystad Municipality. We are a unit that has grown significantly in recent years and now works with several of the municipality's departments. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have an independent and varied role where you drive the entire recruitment process from writing job ads to signed contracts. You will be an important part of our unit and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure professional and fair recruitment. Your job responsibilities include, among other things: • Drive and develop recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency • Support managers on matters related to employment, employment law (LAS), and labor rights • Write job ads and handle contract writing • Ensure an unbiased and discrimination-free recruitment process • Monitor the external environment and contribute to the development and improvement of our work methods • Collaborate with colleagues within recruitment, staffing, and project work • Handle internship placements within elderly care and support for people with disabilities and social psychiatry • Work with employer branding and marketing QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment and a good understanding of labor law matters. You are used to working in a structured and independent manner, while also being a team player who enjoys collaborating with others. You see providing good customer service as a matter of course, and you are driven to find the best solutions for both the organization and the candidates. Qualifications • Completed and documented education from a Personnel and Work Life Program, or an education that the employer considers equivalent • Experience with recruitment in municipal operations, preferably in elderly care, healthcare, and support for people with disabilities and social psychiatry • Experience with large-scale recruitment for the above professions • Knowledge of labor law regulations such as LAS and general provisions Meriting • Experience with employer branding work, preferably in municipal operations • Experience working in a politically governed organization With us, you'll find a dynamic work environment where you have the opportunity to influence and develop recruitment work.
