ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking hourly substitutes for the cleaning unit. The cleaning unit is part of the Infrastructure Development area and we perform cleaning assignments for the Property Unit. We strive to offer quality facility management at reasonable cost for our customers. As a facility cleaner, you play an important role in creating clean, pleasant and well-maintained environments for both employees, visitors and the municipality's operations. The work tasks consist primarily of standard facility cleaning, but also include, for example, machine-based cleaning in connection with major cleaning operations. The work is varied and you work both with colleagues and independently. Heavy lifting may occur. Working hours are Monday to Friday, daytime. As an hourly substitute, you will have the opportunity to get to know different parts of the municipality's operations and become an important part of our team. We are looking for someone who can step in as needed and who enjoys work where you take responsibility and see concrete results of your work. YOUR PROFILE We believe in the right competence in the right place. It is advantageous if you have education or experience in facility cleaning, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are thorough, responsible and have a desire to provide good service. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, especially good reading comprehension (equivalent to at least SFI D level if you have Swedish as a second language). You also need to have a B driver's license and driving experience with cars with both manual and automatic transmissions. You enjoy working both independently and together with others and find it easy to adapt when circumstances change. Since you meet both customers and colleagues in your work, you are service-oriented, have a positive attitude and contribute to good cooperation. As a facility cleaner, you are an important representative of the cleaning unit and the municipality.
