Fastighetsstaden is a family-owned business that has grown to become one of Halmstad's largest property owners. We currently own and manage 600 apartments and 200 commercial spaces in Halmstad and the surrounding area. You will be an important part of a team of 12 people, where we have fun together and actively work to grow and develop our portfolio. Administration Assistant Are you social, organized, and enjoy customer contact? Your main responsibility will be to be our customers' first point of contact for practical questions regarding their apartment or commercial space. Your work duties include: - Maintain customer service via phone and handle visitors. - Maintain our good relationships with tenants and business partners. - Key management - Create information for our tenants - Other office administration - Rental of apartments, garages, parking spaces, and storage units - Administer lease terminations, subletting, and apartment exchanges - Conduct apartment inspections, show apartments & prepare rental agreements Education & Experience Post-secondary studies and/or experience from similar work is advantageous. You should enjoy working in service, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a group. If you have experience working with people in the service industry, this is also an advantage—we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be comfortable working with computer systems, and a B driver's license is a requirement.
