We are looking for two substitute preschool teachers – one for each preschool. Ryrsjön preschool is located in Göta and consists of four departments organized into two work teams. Klosterängen preschool is located in Lödöse and consists of five departments organized into three work teams. We work purposefully to offer high-quality education and currently have a special focus on children's early language development, inspiring learning environments, and developing instruction through our systematic quality work. In our activities, we make children's learning processes visible through documentation and process pathways that serve as meeting places for reflection, participation, and shared learning. Here, children's thoughts are given space and become an important part of the activity's development. Your Role As a preschool teacher with us, you are expected to: Take responsibility for planning, implementing, documenting, and developing instruction in accordance with the preschool's curriculum. Lead pedagogical work with children's development and learning in focus. Be curious about children's thoughts, questions, and ideas and use them as the starting point for instruction. Create safe, accessible, and stimulating learning environments that awaken children's desire to explore, play, and learn. Contribute to developing children's language, communication, and participation in daily activities. Use pedagogical documentation to make children's learning processes visible and as a basis for reflection and development. Actively participate in systematic quality work and contribute to developing the quality of education. Collaborate closely with colleagues, guardians, and other professionals to create the best conditions for each child. Contribute to a positive work culture where collaboration, development, and collegial learning are natural parts of daily work. Take responsibility for staying updated on current research, governance documents, and pedagogical development. Who Are You? A certified preschool teacher with a genuine interest in children's development, learning, and well-being. You base your work on children's thoughts, questions, and ideas and translate them into instruction that promotes development and learning. You are a relationship-building and collaboration-oriented person who contributes to a positive work environment and good cooperation with colleagues and guardians. You are reflective, responsible, and want to develop both your own practice and the activity's quality through pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work. You have good digital skills and use digital tools safely and appropriately. Requirements: Preschool teacher certification. Good knowledge of working based on the governance documents that form the foundation for preschools. You are an experienced user of IT systems we work with daily: Unikum, TEAMS, and Office365. Clear extract from the police's criminal record register.
