Work Tasks As a hourly substitute, you will perform important and meaningful work daily, providing good and professional care with a focus on our residents' best interests and safety. At Solhöjden, all our work is based on our residents' needs and wishes every day. Solhöjden is a place where we collaborate for those we serve. You will be working in someone else's home and must have great respect for each person's wishes. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Qualifications: You must of course have an interest in and curiosity about working with people and collaborating based on operational needs. You can handle and assess different situations that may arise and act in a responsible and independent manner. We work from a salutogenic perspective and low emotional involvement approach. You need to have very good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written). Before an employment offer is made, an acceptable criminal record check from the police authority must be presented.
