We at Läraskolan in Bålsta are seeking an engaged substitute teacher. At Läraskolan, our operations are characterized by safety, respect and participation – in our interactions with students, parents and colleagues alike. We are an independent single-track F–9 school in central Bålsta. Our organization consists of three work teams and is led by assistant principals. The school's small size contributes to strong and secure relationships between all adults and students, and this is likely a contributing factor to our students' high achievement levels. We treat our students with respect, prioritize safety and offer varied instruction that includes cultural activities, thematic units, study visits and outdoor activities.
