Personal care assistants needed as substitutes for a man in central Ludvika Elly Personlig Assistans is now seeking engaged and reliable substitutes for a man living in central Ludvika. As a personal care assistant, you work closely with the client and are there to provide the support needed in daily life. The work is based on the client's needs, wishes and self-determination. It is therefore important that you are attentive and understand that working as a personal care assistant means working in another person's home and daily life. About you We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible and flexible. You need to be able to take responsibility on your own while also being comfortable following routines and instructions. The personal chemistry between client and assistant is very important, and we therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in personal care assistance, healthcare or care services, but the right personal qualities and attitude are equally important. You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish. About the position We are primarily looking for substitutes who can work in place of regular staff during absence, such as illness, vacation and other leave. It is therefore a great advantage if you are able to step in with relatively short notice. Working hours may be scheduled for day, evening and weekends depending on the client's needs and regular staff absences. The position is an hourly/as-needed employment with the possibility of work in varying amounts.
