Personal Assistants Needed as Substitutes for a Man in Central Ludvika Elly Personlig Assistans is now seeking committed and reliable substitutes for a man living in central Ludvika. As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and are there to provide the support needed in daily life. The work is based on the client's needs, wishes, and self-determination. It is therefore important that you are attentive and understand that working as a personal assistant means working in another person's home and daily life. About You We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and flexible. You need to be able to take independent responsibility while also having an aptitude for following routines and instructions. The personal chemistry between client and assistant is very important, and we therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in personal assistance, healthcare, or care work, but the right personal qualities and attitude are equally important. You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish. About the Position We are primarily looking for substitutes who can work when regular staff are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, and other leave. It is therefore a great advantage if you have the ability to step in with relatively short notice. Working hours may be scheduled for day, evening, and weekends depending on the client's needs and the regular staff's absence. The position is an hourly/as-needed employment with the possibility of work in varying amounts.
