Grevåkerskolan in Hammerdal is seeking substitute teachers for our afterschool program and elementary school F-9.
The Hammerdal principal's area is located in the southern part of Strömsunds municipality, 3.5 miles from the municipality's central town, Strömsund, and 6 miles from Östersund. Grevåkerskolan is an elementary school with an afterschool program, preschool class, and grades 1-9. The school has approximately 230 students and approximately 40 employees, consisting of two buildings – one with the afterschool program, preschool class, and grades 1-3, and another with grades 4-9.

DUTIES
You are expected to collaborate actively to create a sense of community where staff, students, and guardians feel shared responsibility for the school's environment, well-being, and development. Cooperation with parents and collaboration with other staff is an important part of the work. Values-based work is naturally integrated into teaching and school life.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an interest in teaching and experience or interest in working in school and afterschool programs with younger children.
It is an advantage if you:
• have experience teaching in elementary school or have previously worked in a school
• take responsibility for classroom leadership
• have a relational approach and recognize each student's unique needs
• are flexible, collaborative, and solution-focused
• have basic IT skills
• are available to work for shorter or longer periods
