We are looking for an engaged and positive personal assistant for a temporary position in Bjästa. You will be part of a wonderful team of assistants, and the work is scheduled for day/evening/night shifts. To thrive in this role, we see that you have a sense of humor, are resourceful and can take initiative on your own while being attentive to the client's wishes and needs. As a personal assistant, you will be important support in his daily life. The man you will be helping has MS and communicates via lip-reading and computer. Your work tasks will include everything from personal hygiene and care to household chores. A central part of the work is also to create a safe and positive environment where you help him participate in his activities and social contexts. If you have an interest in harness racing and dogs, that's something you'll have in common. It is an advantage if you have experience using assistive devices such as floor lifts, PEG, catheters and nutritional drips, or are willing to learn this. Greatest weight will be placed on the personal chemistry between you and the client. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as public transportation to the workplace is limited. The Position We are looking for you who are interested in a scheduled day/evening shift, but also for those of you interested in working as a temporary hourly assistant, primarily for days and evenings, but nights may also be needed.
