JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a cook, you bear responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and serving of delicious, safe, and nutritious meals with environmental considerations. Other important responsibilities include managing special diets, bread baking, participation in menu planning and purchasing, openness to preparing new dishes, and daily handling of both dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen and dining area. Recruiting is ongoing QUALIFICATIONS Cook training in large-scale kitchens/restaurants or equivalent experience valued by the employer. Experience cooking in large quantities Documented experience. Strong knowledge/passion for cooking, food quality, environmental thinking, and customer focus. Extensive knowledge and understanding of allergies.
