We are now looking for a full-time substitute for 1 year at our dog daycare located in Grimsta. The position is suitable for you if you want to work closely with dogs but are also confident in taking responsibility for an operation and keeping things running smoothly. About the Position Take responsibility for the dogs' safety, well-being, and daily routines. Handle opening, closing, and maintain close contact with dog owners. Keep things organized and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Take responsibility for daily operations. Be able to work independently as well as in a group and make decisions when needed. Be a confident, positive person that dogs, customers, and colleagues can trust. Be punctual, structured, and detail-oriented. Dog experience is a requirement; you should also have some management experience. Who Are We Looking For? We are primarily looking for someone who is responsible. Self-motivated and solution-oriented. You need to be able to see what needs to be done and take initiative. Since the position involves significant responsibility for the operation, we are looking for a person who has drive and the ability to run a business on a daily basis. You need to be confident in taking responsibility, organizing work, handling customers, and ensuring that operations function smoothly even when unexpected situations arise. You should of course have a genuine interest in dogs and be comfortable handling dogs of different breeds, personalities, and needs. You should be able to manage some personnel responsibility.
