JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking an engaged and attentive teacher with a positive outlook! Your responsibilities will include teaching at the school's lower/middle grades/subject as well as mentor responsibility for one of the classes.
Together with the other educators in your team, you will be responsible for creating and developing a safe and secure environment that engages and challenges students toward activity, learning, and responsibility. You want to drive pedagogical development and you utilize current research and can apply it in your work. You plan and follow up on instruction and analyze and assess results.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Collaborates easily with students, colleagues, guardians, and other staff. You relate to children and adults in an attentive and flexible manner, listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. You view collegial learning as a matter of course and a prerequisite for creating new and deeper knowledge
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes work efficiently. You develop students' learning ability and involve them in planning activities. You have high and positive expectations for students and are solution-focused. Furthermore, you possess a strong will to work toward creating the best pedagogical conditions for students
• Have a positive attitude toward work and act in accordance with decisions made, activity plans, goals, policies, and guidelines
• Have good self-awareness, feel confident in yourself and your pedagogical leadership, and have the ability to provide leadership both inside and outside the classroom. You work independently and are flexible
Requirements:
• Are a certified teacher F-3
Meritorious:
• Previous experience with pedagogical work.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
