Skälbyskolan is a municipal primary school serving grades F-6 with just under 600 students located in the southern part of Järfälla Municipality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work as a teaching teacher at the school's intermediate level in grade 4 with mentor responsibility for a class. Work together with other educators as part of a common teaching team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a qualified teacher for grades 4-6 with a teaching degree and teacher certification, and preferably previous experience in pedagogical work. We would like you to have certification in your qualifications to teach Swedish, Mathematics, and Social Studies subjects. As a person, you are communicative and have the ability to inspire students and have a good understanding of how students learn based on their different circumstances. You care about and understand the importance of building good relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues. Your teaching is based on scientific foundation and proven experience while being well versed in the curriculum documents. You understand your responsibilities well and can consider the overall benefit of the operation in both actions and decisions. You are interested in and have good knowledge of equal treatment and values-based work. You want and can collaborate with your colleagues and are organized in your work as well as open and responsive to your surroundings. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
