Work with students' thoughts about future careers and studies is a process that begins early with us to ensure that each student receives guidance based on the individual's needs. Your work is characterized by relationship-building contact with students individually and in groups, both in counseling and motivational work but also as a collaborative partner and mentor to teaching colleagues in working with the broader perspective. Collaboration with work teams around individual students and groups of students is especially important. To thrive with us, you need a positive attitude, a good ability to meet people from different cultures, both young and adults, and be skilled at building trusting relationships where you see the individual child's needs and the group's possibilities. Documented experience working as a study and career counselor in the later years of primary school. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You have a working method that is clearly structured and adapted to students' needs. You have strong commitment to developing students' abilities and understanding. Furthermore, you are analytical, collaboration-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible. You have a professional approach and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
