Within IFO Ljusdal, we work closely together based on collective expertise with high ambition. We are seeking a substitute social secretary for our adult unit, who together with field secretaries and work leaders are integrated with the Municipality's open care for adults in the Region's premises at Granbacken 6, in Ljusdal. The substitute position is for 6 months. Duties The work mainly involves case management according to SoL and LVM. We receive applications and reports based on harmful use and addiction as well as domestic violence (VNR) and honor-related violence and oppression (HRV). We investigate, decide/provide recommendations for decisions on interventions and follow up on these. Other tasks may include informing individuals and groups about the social services activities and participating in preventive work. Qualifications Requirements: Degree in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Basic knowledge in Addiction Studies as well as VNR/HRV. We use the Treserva management system. Requirements: You have experience with documentation and authority work according to SoL and preferably LVM. You have good communication skills in speech and writing and have experience working with people who have problems with harmful use/addiction and victims of violence/perpetrators of violence. The duties require that you are good at planning and structuring your work but also that you have a high capacity for flexibility. Good conduct and the ability to build good relationships with those we meet are of great importance. We are looking for someone who has personal maturity, is good at collaboration and has an easy time creating cooperative alliances, and has problem-solving analytical skills. Other Information The employment is a temporary position for 6 months. The position involves a 7-hour workday with full-time salary. Flexible hours apply, with some opportunity for remote work when operations allow. Interviews will take place on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled during the application period.
