The preschool has 32–36 children ages 1–6 years divided into two groups. Each group has three childcare workers/educators. We also have our own cook and a principal. The preschool is otherwise managed by a board and members consisting of parents/guardians. Föräldrakooperativet Kottarna is looking for a positive, proactive, and driven preschool teacher who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of our program. As a preschool teacher at Kottarna, you will be part of a small team where you actively participate in daily work planning, implementing, documenting, and developing the educational program. We are looking for someone who: Has a professional approach toward children, parents/guardians, and colleagues and contributes to good cooperation and positive relationships. Is flexible and understands that different children and groups require different working approaches. Is engaged, takes responsibility, and enjoys taking your own initiatives. Wants to contribute to a safe, positive, and developmentally supportive environment for our children. This position is a parental leave substitute and will be filled by agreement.
