We are expanding our menu and are now looking for an experienced cook in Vietnamese/Asian hot kitchen (experience with sushi is a plus) for our restaurant in Gårdsten Centrum. Responsibilities Preparation of Vietnamese/Asian hot kitchen dishes. Preparation of raw materials according to hygiene and quality requirements. Ensure good order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with other staff for efficient workflow. Contribute to a positive experience for our guests. Qualifications Experience working in a restaurant kitchen. Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP) is a plus. Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality. Thorough, responsible, and service-oriented. Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
