Victoriahem is now seeking an area manager for their southern area.
Victoriahem is a long-term housing company that creates safe, attractive, and vibrant neighborhoods where people feel at home and want to live. Through close leadership, strong commitment, and a focus on both properties and people, we work every day to develop our residential areas and make a positive difference for our tenants. Now we are expanding our operations and moving from one area to two: the northern and southern areas.
We're looking for you to help drive this development forward together with an engaged team in the southern area!
What the Company Offers
Your Responsibilities
As area manager, you have overall responsibility for our property portfolio in Eskilstuna South, with a strong focus on improving operating net income, identifying business opportunities, and creating long-term value. You are a present leader who leads through a business-minded approach and clear goals. In Eskilstuna, two area managers operate, each with total responsibility for their respective area.
Key Responsibilities:
-Full financial responsibility for revenues and costs down to operating net income level, including budget, business plan, property plan, and forecasts
-Ultimate responsibility for leasing, positioning, and market presence in Eskilstuna
-Identify and drive business opportunities, investments, and projects
-Lead and develop operations through change and improvement initiatives
-Personnel and workplace environment responsibility
A visible and present leader who takes responsibility for both results and Victoriahem's reputation in the area.

Your Profile
We are looking for an action-oriented and results-driven leader who takes full ownership of your area. With your coaching leadership style, you follow up on team performance through structure, clear expectations, and goals. You are a courageous leader who dares to make decisions, leads through straight communication, high energy, and natural drive. To be the leader we're looking for, we see that you thrive being present in operations and visible in the area.
You have leadership experience from previous roles that makes you comfortable in demanding conversations and any conflicts that may arise. Employee development is grounded in your leadership style that both challenges and gives responsibility in a changing industry and work environment.
