Victoriahem is now seeking an area manager for their southern area.
Victoriahem is a long-term housing company that creates safe, attractive, and vibrant neighborhoods where people feel comfortable and want to live. Through close leadership, strong commitment, and a focus on both properties and people, we work every day to develop our residential areas and make a positive difference for our tenants. Now we are expanding our operations and moving from one area to two: northern and southern areas.
We are now looking for you to help drive this development forward together with an engaged team in the southern area!
What the Company Offers
Your Responsibilities
As an area manager, you have overall responsibility for our property portfolio in Eskilstuna South, with a strong focus on improving operating net, identifying business opportunities, and long-term value creation. You are a present leader who leads through a business-oriented approach and clear goals. In Eskilstuna, two area managers operate, each with total responsibility for their respective area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full financial responsibility for revenues and costs down to operating net level, including budget, business plan, property plan, and forecasts
- Ultimate responsibility for leasing, positioning, and market presence in Eskilstuna
- Identify and drive business opportunities, investments, and projects
- Lead and develop operations through change and improvement initiatives
- Personnel and workplace environment responsibility
You are a visible and present leader who takes responsibility for both results and Victoriahem's reputation in the area.

Your Profile
We are looking for you—an action-oriented and results-driven leader who takes full ownership of your area. With your coaching leadership style, you follow up on team performance through structure, clear expectations, and goals. You are a courageous leader who dares to make decisions, leads through direct communication, high energy, and natural drive. To be the leader we are seeking, we see that you thrive being present in operations and visible in the area.
You have leadership experience from previous roles that makes you comfortable in demanding conversations and potential conflicts that may arise. Your leadership develops employees by both challenging them and giving them responsibility in a dynamic industry and daily environment.
