About the Position Work hours include 24-hour shifts with on-call duties as well as daytime shifts. As a substitute, you need to be flexible and able to step in as needed, for example during absences and vacations. We'd like to see prior experience in personal assistance and a sense of responsibility, but personal suitability is what we value most.
