Since our start in 2010, we've worked by a simple principle: we don't take on more customer hours than we have staff for.
That doesn't mean the work is always calm – home care is home care – but there should be reasonable conditions to do a good job, help your colleagues, and provide customers with the care they need.
Now we're seeking care staff for both daytime and evening work.
We'd especially like you to be a trained nursing assistant, but those with experience in care and health services are also welcome to apply.

About the Job
You'll work in home care with tasks including:
personal care
service tasks
social support
documentation
medication and other health and medical tasks by delegation
Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, and work on weekends and public holidays is included according to the schedule.
📍 Work Location: Kristianstad and/or Åhus
🏢 Our offices are at Industrigatan 2A in Kristianstad and Tullvaktaregatan 10 in Åhus.
📆 Start Date: As soon as we find the right people.
🕒 Hours: By agreement
🛎️ Employment Type: Permanent and/or as needed depending on the position
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for people who take the job seriously without making it unnecessarily complicated.
You need to be comfortable with people, able to collaborate, and understand that home care is built on responsibility – both toward the customer and your colleagues.
✅ You speak and write Swedish fluently. This is required for safe communication and documentation.
✅ You're comfortable with responsibility and can accept delegation.
✅ You can work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends according to the schedule.
✅ You follow routines and help your colleagues when needed.
✅ You want to work long-term and be part of our operation.
⭐ A nursing assistant qualification is highly desirable.
➕ Experience from home care, elderly care, or other care and health services is desirable.
➕ A driver's license is desirable.
So you don't need to be a nursing assistant to apply – but we prioritize applicants with nursing assistant training.
