At Attendo, we are now seeking a licensed registered nurse for our Nilstorpsgården facility on Lidingö. Nilstorpsgården is a modern and welcoming senior living residence located in beautiful surroundings on Lidingö with 80 beds distributed across 10 units, 6 of which specialize in dementia care.
About the Role
As a registered nurse, you will have a diverse role where you work long-term with health plans to improve quality of life for residents, while also making assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing excellent palliative care. The transition to Nearby Care means that increasingly more specialized healthcare services are provided at the facility. This gives you a wealth of stimulating and developmental tasks. You will have a leadership role with significant opportunities to influence the operation.
As a registered nurse at Attendo, you are valuable and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. You are part of a team working to strengthen the individual.
You will work closely with the facility manager, assistant facility manager, and group leaders.

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those living with us.
Qualifications
Licensed registered nurse
At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing
Category B driver's license
Meritorious if you also have
Experience working in private care operations
Experience with supervision
Training in geriatrics or district nursing
