We are now looking for additional telephone operators/customer service representatives. We're looking for you to become the world's best telephone operator! Job Responsibilities During your workday, you will answer incoming phone calls from various industries and use the computer as your primary work tool, which requires you to be an experienced computer user and have an easy time learning new systems. We're looking for someone who has... A smile that comes through the telephone. The courage to ask when you don't understand. A positive personality with lots of energy. We believe you are an attentive, calm, positive, and outgoing person who enjoys working with customers. You should be organized, stress-resilient, and have the ability to be friendly, even in the most pressured situations. You have a great ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain focus even during periods of high workload. To Succeed (Experience and Requirements)... You don't need to have previous experience as a telephone operator—it's a merit but not a requirement. You need to enjoy talking on the phone since it's our primary work tool. If you have experience from customer service work and are used to having customer contact and talking with customers, you will both enjoy and very likely excel at the job. Many times you need to be able to LISTEN and WRITE at the same time. For this position, you are also required to master Swedish in both speech and writing. We have many customers with international contacts, which is why it's very important that you speak and understand English. To succeed, you find it easy to talk, regardless of who is on the other end of the line. Additionally, you have fast keyboard skills and can handle listening and writing simultaneously. Qualifications Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Good knowledge of English, primarily in speech since many customers speak English when they call. You have at least upper secondary education or other appropriate education, or equivalent work experience. Good computer skills and keyboard technique. You will receive training in our programs as well as in conversation techniques, which will help you gather information so you can perform your job in the best way possible.
