Setter/Operator needed for industrial production in Gnosjö! We are now looking for a driven setter/operator for an well-established industrial company in the heart of Småland. About the Role As a setter/operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing machinery in production. You will be a key person in ensuring an efficient flow and high quality in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and adjust machines for production • Monitor production and ensure everything functions as it should • Perform ongoing quality control checks • Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of machines • Work on improvements to streamline production • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments We are looking for you who: • Have experience working in industry, preferably as an operator or setter • Have technical interest and understanding of machinery • Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented • Enjoy working at a fast pace with hands-on work • Have good teamwork skills Welcome with your application – your next career step could begin here!
