About the Role
We work with the very latest technology in a future-oriented industry. As a solar panel installer, you will work with the team to mount and install solar panel systems, typically on roofs. You will prepare for the electrician to commission the system. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in construction, electrical, and installation work. Travel with overnight stays may occur. You are the face of our company to our customers, so you have the ability and willingness to meet people in a professional manner.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone willing to learn the solar panel installer trade and wants to be part of developing our business. We prefer candidates with prior experience in skilled trades. You must have the willingness to learn new things. As we expect continued growth, once you have learned the job, you must be willing to train new employees. It is important to us to bring in the right people who fit our team culture, so your personal qualities are very important to us. You are responsible, flexible, service-oriented, helpful, solution-focused, meticulous, and contribute to a positive work environment. You must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Prior experience as an installer or carpenter is desirable. A B driver's license is required; a BE license is desirable.
