We are now looking for a dedicated nurse who wants to become part of our wonderful team at ASIH Bromma!
We who work with ASIH are proud of the work we do. Our patients are seriously ill and in need of healthcare but can be cared for in their own homes. We do this by creating warm and secure care in a close relationship with our patients and their loved ones. Care is provided 24/7, every day of the week for both short and long care periods. With us, you'll have colleagues who show great consideration for each other and who come to work every day to create high-quality and specialized care. Our workplace breathes inclusion, participation, and pride!
Your Role as a Nurse
As a nurse, you always have close support from your colleagues and manager, but the nature of the work is built on your ability to make your own decisions and act independently when the situation requires it. You will be an important part of a responsible team that together delivers high-quality care and a good work environment. At ASIH, we collaborate with palliative care (SPSV), which gives us the opportunity to be responsive and flexible to the patient and loved ones' wishes and needs. We work in the TakeCare journal system.
With us, you get
thorough introduction
a familial, positive, and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
competence development with access to internal and external training
a present, attentive, and engaged manager
an awesome and professional team!
Are You Our New Colleague?
Requirements for the position are that you are a licensed nurse or in your final term of the nursing program, have a driver's license category B, and have good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. If you have experience from ASIH, oncology, hematology, geriatrics, or basic home healthcare, that is a merit. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, and we are looking for someone who:
is confident in your professional role and enjoys patient-centered care
can work independently and make quick decisions when the situation requires it
has a gentle and respectful approach
has the ability to naturally establish a good relationship with patients and loved ones
appreciates variety in your work
Does this sound like you? Then you will thrive with us and we with you! We warmly welcome your application.
