We're now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented spare parts sales representative in Göteborg! About the Role As a spare parts sales representative, you're an important part of the daily operations of the spare parts department. You have many points of contact and serve as a vital link between the workshop and customers. A large part of the role involves ensuring that the right spare parts and materials are available when needed, while contributing to a high level of service and a well-functioning department. Responsibilities Ensure that vehicle technicians and car care specialists have access to the right spare parts and materials to work efficiently. Provide professional and service-oriented assistance to customers and visitors who need support with spare parts. Work toward set goals and contribute to the spare parts department reaching its revenue and TB1 budget. Take responsibility for your assigned area and ensure that tasks are completed in an organized manner. Participate in weekly workshop meetings and provide information and questions from the spare parts department. Participate in inventory counts and work toward accurate and well-functioning stock management. Key Tasks Handle phone calls, emails, and spare parts orders. Assign spare parts and work to technicians' work orders and follow up on flagged items. Order and pick spare parts and wheels. Receive, check, and place incoming goods. Contact customers when ordered parts have arrived. Identify and sell relevant additional work and supplementary services. Ensure order and structure in the warehouse. Collaborate with the workshop, customer reception, and other departments. What We're Looking For We'd like you to have experience from the spare parts industry, service market, or customer service within the automotive industry. You thrive in a role where the pace can be fast and where you have daily contact with both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are: Thorough and organized and enjoy having order around you. Solution-oriented and enjoy helping both customers and colleagues. Communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different parts of the business. Business-minded and motivated by working toward set goals. Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as experience working in digital systems are required.
