Your responsibilities
In your role as an accounting professional, you will be responsible for parts of ongoing accounting operations and contribute to ensuring correct and efficient financial management. Your tasks include managing accounts payable, account reconciliations, analyses of financial results, and preparation of VAT and tax declarations. You will also participate in monthly and annual closing work and serve as support for finance-related matters within the organization.
You will work closely with colleagues in finance and other parts of the organization, actively contributing to developing and improving routines, processes, and system support. The role may involve managing several parallel tasks, with priorities needing to be adjusted based on organizational needs. You are therefore expected to thrive in a dynamic environment where flexibility, structure, and collaboration are important.
As a consultant with us, you can work on both shorter and longer assignments with our customers. The scope, duration, and content of assignments vary, making this role suitable whether you are seeking a long-term solution or want to gain broad experience from different organizations. We match each assignment based on both the customer's needs and your preferences.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with relevant education in accounting or finance, or who has acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You have several years of experience in qualified accounting work and feel comfortable with the most common financial processes.
You have strong Excel skills and are experienced in working with business systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and preferably also have English language skills. Experience with various accounting systems, closing procedures, and reporting is a plus.
As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and well-organized. You have analytical abilities and enjoy working both independently and with others. We also value an interest in development and improvement work, as well as curiosity about digitalization, automation, and new approaches in accounting. You have an operations-focused perspective and enjoy understanding the context behind the numbers so you can contribute insights and support to the organization.
