We are currently a team of approximately 25 employees working with everything from crop production, soil mapping, livestock, EU support, environment, forestry, projects, accounting, and finance. About the Position
As an advisor in emergency preparedness and business development, you will work both independently and together with our other advisors toward customers. You will be responsible for your own customers, projects, and will build long-term relationships and services. Our independence means that the advice is based on the customer's needs.
You will become part of the Agriculture and Emergency Preparedness team, which includes advisors in crop production, environment, livestock, emergency preparedness, and project managers.
Your tasks may include:
SAM applications
Emergency preparedness consultation
Investment support in agriculture
Business development
Courses and customer meetings
Projects and development initiatives in the green sector
Depending on your interests and expertise, the role can be adapted and developed. You have significant personal responsibility and plan your work both independently and with the team. In return, you are offered a flexible role with great freedom to influence and plan your workday.
We have offices in both Huskvarna and Vetlanda, with primary placement in Huskvarna.

Qualifications
Relevant education for the position from university or vocational college or equivalent work experience
