With operations at multiple locations in Sweden, we continue to grow and are now seeking an engaged and business-driven Project Manager Pipe Relining Entrepreneur who wants to help develop our operations. We are now looking for a project manager for our office in Västerås.

Your main responsibilities
Manage pipe relining projects, from estimation and planning to final inspection.
Maintain ongoing customer contact during project execution.
Plan resources, materials, and staffing.
Lead and allocate work for our production teams.
Ensure projects are executed according to contract, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Monitor project finances including invoicing and results tracking.
Proactively address workplace environment and safety issues.
Participate in business development and contribute to advancing our pipe relining operations.
Build and develop long-term customer relationships with property owners, housing associations, and companies.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in project management within contracting, construction, water/sewage, relining, or installation industries.
Has good financial understanding and experience tracking project results.
Is a natural leader who motivates and engages others.
Thrives with multiple contact points and builds trusting relationships easily.
Is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable making decisions.
Has strong administrative abilities and works seamlessly in digital systems.
Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Holds a Class B driver's license.
It is a plus if you have experience with pipe relining, water/sewage contracting, or work in the real estate sector.
