Job Description
We're looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and develop within the trade. Ideally, you have previous experience from industrial work and thrive in an environment where precision, responsibility, and collaboration are central.
As a production worker with our customers, you'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure an efficient and stable production flow. Therefore, we see that you have a positive attitude, natural drive, and strong work ethic. You're flexible and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
Previous industrial experience is a merit, as is equipment operation experience.
If you have a forklift license and forklift driving experience, that's an added plus. The work is conducted in shifts, meaning day, evening, and night shifts may occur.
A valid driver's license and access to a car are required.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:

*Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
*Is thorough and takes responsibility
*Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
*Holds a category B driver's license
*Has experience in manufacturing industry
