We are looking for a technically knowledgeable production manager We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable, organized and solution-oriented, and who enjoys working close to production. You collaborate easily with others, while being confident in taking responsibility, leading and delegating work when needed. In this role, it is important that you can see and understand the entire production flow – from planning and preparation to production and finished product. You should be able to identify problems, prioritize correctly and contribute to making production run as efficiently and structurally as possible. We are looking for someone who: Has good technical understanding and is comfortable with machines and production equipment. Understands production flows and how different parts of production affect each other. Is organized and structured and can plan work in an efficient manner. Can lead, delegate and follow up on work in production. Is a team player and collaborates easily and communicates well with colleagues. Is solution-oriented and can act quickly when problems arise. Takes responsibility and works to maintain quality, pace and order throughout production. About the role You will have an important role in daily production and work together with other team members to ensure good workflow. This role suits you if you enjoy combining technical work with leadership and planning.
