Become a Key Person at Our Damage Center
As a paint technician at Helmia, you'll be part of the Damage Center in Karlskoga and work together with our painters in collaboration with the damage repair shop in-house. We have approximately 400 employees and are located in Karlstad, Arvika, Filipstad, Karlskoga, Sunne, and Torsby.
You'll work broadly in the painting process – from preparing vehicles for painting with masking, sanding, and priming, to finishing.
Your Main Responsibilities
Perform all steps in the painting process: masking, sanding, priming, and finishing
Paint in the paint booth and perform plastic repairs
Work in collaboration with the damage repair shop for a smooth flow through the damage process
Use the CabPlan planning system for the damage process
Cooperate with Glasurit as paint supplier
Provide good service and maintain high quality throughout all work
Meritorious Experience
We particularly value if you have:
Painting training or automotive technical training at upper secondary school level or higher, or alternatively extensive work experience that can be considered equivalent
Experience with spray booth painting and plastic repairs
Computer skills, preferably experience with planning systems such as CabPlan

You are quality-conscious and thorough, communicate well with others, and express yourself clearly in speech and writing. You work well both independently and in a team. A B-class driver's license is required.

Employment and Application
