Job Responsibilities Do you have experience from the industrial sector and are looking for new challenges? Then you're the person we're looking for! We are now seeking additional Industrial Workers for our client companies operating in the vehicle, metal, wood, plastic, textile, and food processing industries to meet upcoming staffing needs. Our client companies are located in Falkenberg and surrounding areas. Work hours are scheduled during daytime or on a two-shift basis. Two-shift work means you alternate between working an early shift one week and a late shift the following week. We are looking for, among others: Assemblers Electrical Assemblers Production Workers Machine Operators/Setup Technicians Manual Welders/Robot Welders Warehouse Workers/Forklift Operators Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with some form of industrial and/or warehouse experience from previous work. For example, you have worked with technical tasks before, or completed a technical or practical education. You are comfortable with physical work. It is a merit if you have a forklift license with A and B categories or other certificates such as overhead crane or hot work certification. If you enjoy, for example, tinkering and working on things in your spare time, this is viewed as an advantage by our client companies. As a person, you are responsible and take pride in delivering quality work. You understand that the high quality level of the products you assemble/weld will be passed on to customers, which means you are meticulous in your work approach. About Us FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing agency focused on the industrial sector. We provide personnel for temporary staffing and recruitment. We work locally and always strive to hire personnel with in-demand skills as close to the client company as possible. This position is a temp-to-hire role, which means there is an opportunity for permanent employment with the client company after the staffing period.
