About the Client Company Job Responsibilities Do you have experience from the industrial sector and are looking for new challenges? Then you're the person we're looking for! For our client companies operating in the vehicle, metal, wood, plastic, textile, and food processing industries, we are now seeking additional Industrial Workers to meet upcoming needs. Our client companies are located in Varberg and surrounding areas. Work hours are scheduled for daytime or two-shift work. Two-shift means you alternate between working early shifts one week and late shifts the next week. We are seeking, among others: Assemblers Production Workers Machine Operators/Setup Technicians Manual Welders/Robot Welders Warehouse Workers/Forklift Operators Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with some form of industrial and/or warehouse background from previous experience. For example, you have worked with technical tasks before, or completed a technical or practical education. You don't mind doing physical work. A B-class driver's license and access to your own car are not requirements, as it is possible to reach the client companies by public transportation. It is an advantage if you have a forklift certification with A and B endorsements or other certifications such as lifting equipment or hot work certification. If you enjoy, for example, tinkering and working on things in your spare time, this is seen as an advantage by our client companies. As a person, you are responsible and take pride in delivering well-executed work. You understand that the high quality level of the products you assemble/weld will be passed on to customers, which means you are thorough in your way of working. This position is a temporary-to-hire arrangement, which means there is an opportunity for permanent employment with the client company after the temporary period.
