Attendo is now hiring a nursing assistant/care assistant for Attendo Näsbyterrassen, a modern, newly built residential facility with a focus on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We're located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant newly built area with cafés, restaurants, and green spaces nearby.
About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You're responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, along with contributing to various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly residents.
Your work tasks include:
Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on each customer's individual needs and preferences
When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work according to established care plans
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as trustees, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350p
Certification from Socialstyrelsen or a certificate from your current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
