We're looking for you to work as an hourly substitute within our operations. With us, you work with people with various disabilities, where support is based on each individual's approved LSS or SoL decision.
As a hourly employee, you step in as needed and have the opportunity to work days, evenings, and weekends – and in some cases also overnight on-call shifts. This job suits you if you want flexible work where you can influence when you work.
Our operations run 24/7, year-round, which provides good opportunities for varied work shifts.

Job Duties
As an hourly substitute, you'll be part of an engaged team where you contribute to creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our service users.
Your tasks involve providing care, support, and service based on individual needs. This can include everyday activities such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, and recreational activities, but also nursing care and medication management.
In this work, it's important that you're attentive, motivating, and work in a pedagogical manner. You always start from the individual's needs, wishes, and abilities.
Qualifications
Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old when employment begins.
You must be in good mental and physical condition.
Be able to receive medication delegation after training.
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, as the computer is one of our work tools.
Merit factors:
Experience working with people with various disabilities or other experience in care, social psychiatry, or similar.
Education in health and care, children and leisure, or similar.
B-class driver's license is desirable and in some cases required.
For some of our workplaces, you also need access to your own car to be able to get there.
We value that you're positive, responsible, and flexible. We also want you to have strong empathetic abilities and be attentive.
How does our recruitment process work?
Selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period based on the operations' needs.
You need to provide two supervisor references, one of which should be your current or most recent supervisor. Have you had one or no previous jobs? Then contact the responsible recruitment specialist to discuss.
If you have previously been employed by Kungälv Municipality, we will contact your former supervisor to obtain internal references as part of our recruitment process.
For this position, a background check will be conducted according to law. Before employment can be established, an extract from the conviction and suspicion register must be presented; the extract must not be older than six months.
