About Us
We are a team working on behalf of social services. We offer in-depth investigations and intensive treatment to parents with children up to 16 years old and pregnant women. We work with issues related to care, attachment, violence, dependencies, trauma, and neuropsychiatric difficulties. We work for each family's safety, where every child should have the best conditions to grow up in a secure, stable, and caring environment.
At our facility, families live in their own apartments and receive planned interventions with staff. Our operations are staffed 24/7.
About the Position
You will meet families in vulnerable situations and work both practically and treatment-focused with support, guidance, conversations, and structure in daily life. The work requires presence, working independently, follow-ups, clarity, and genuine commitment.
As a Family Treatment Specialist with extended responsibility, you will be responsible for functioning as a link between the client and the commissioning body, ensuring the daily operations of the facility, planning, handling and documenting cases, as well as leading meetings and coordinating and distributing work among colleagues.
The role includes responsibility for scheduling and staffing, and assisting in the introduction of new personnel. You will work closely with the investigation coordinator and the facility manager/operations director.
Employment Terms
We are now seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time, and working hours are daytime Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:30.
We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date by agreement. Salary range 35,000 - 42,000kr / month

Relevant education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Good documentation abilities
B driver's license and access to a car
Experience meeting parents and children in vulnerable situations
Good digital skills
