We are seeking experienced Project Managers who want to drive process-oriented work within the power sector. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from start to finish. Responsibilities Plan and lead power projects to ensure schedules and budgets are met. Coordinate work between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to optimize project execution. Identify risks and develop effective action plans to minimize them. Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Monitor project progress and report status regularly to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in project management within power or similar technical fields, and good understanding of electrical installations. University or higher education degree in electrical power, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical field. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems through innovative solutions. Experience with project management tools and digital platforms for project control. Documented ability to lead teams and deliver results even under challenging circumstances. Personal Qualities Driven and proactive with the ability to inspire, collaborate, and lead others.
