About the Position:
We're now seeking experienced serving and bar staff who are passionate about creating a fantastic guest experience. As part of our team, you are the hotel's face to the world and play a crucial role in making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for during their entire stay. We're Looking for You if You:

● Have a strong sense of service and a natural ability to build good customer relationships.
● Are communicative, positive, and engaged.

● Can work flexibly, including weekends, breakfast shifts, and evenings.

Job Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome guests with a professional and warm demeanor, and assist guests with questions and requests.
● Provide recommendations about the hotel's facilities and surroundings.
● Work on various tasks at the hotel, such as breakfast service, basic serving, and general guest service.
● Create a pleasant and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
● Manage the lunch buffet and handle guest checkouts at the cash register.
● À la carte serving where you serve guests both food and beverages at the table and provide guests with a compelling description of our food and beverage menu.
