Responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CAM-CNC operator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expand your expertise in a modern and technologically advanced production environment. The responsibilities also include contact with both customers and suppliers. The work involves manufacturing advanced mechanical products in a modern machine shop, where precision and quality are critical. You will work with complex components and contribute to ensuring high quality throughout the production process. The position also includes advanced machining and prototype development, primarily in 5-axis milling. Work hours: daytime, shift work, and evening shift (can be adjusted according to your preferences and needs) Your Profile We are looking for someone with training and experience as a CAM-CNC operator. You have an interest in technology and want to work with advanced and unique products. Quality and precision are integral to your work approach. You are stress-resilient, work independently, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have a solution-oriented work style and are willing to contribute to the development and improvement of production processes. We also see that you have good shop floor experience, experience with similar tasks, and take responsibility for your work. You are organized, methodical, and have strong collaboration skills. Since the position involves contact with customers and suppliers, it is important that you have fluent Swedish skills in both spoken and written form. • 3D programming in Mastercam or similar CAM software • Experience with advanced machining on 3- and 5-axis milling machines • Strong interest in technology • Good understanding of measurement and blueprint reading
