We're looking for a receptionist/hostess for No18 We're seeking someone who enjoys service and likes having varied work tasks. You will be the one who greets our guests and members, and ensures they feel taken care of during their stay. About the role The tasks vary from day to day and can include: Greeting and welcoming guests and members Preparing breakfast and refreshments Assisting with events and activities Handling ongoing reception tasks (bookings, inquiries, check-in and check-out) Reporting issues Maintaining order and ensuring everything feels fresh and inviting Other tasks as needed – we're a small organization so everyone helps out where needed Who we're looking for No specific education is required, but prior service experience is a plus.
